This policy explains what information liturgyribbons.com collects, why, and what choices you have. The site is a free daily guide for placing the ribbons in the Liturgy of the Hours.
If you sign up for our seasonal email, we collect the email address you provide, and your first name if you choose to give it. That is all the signup form asks for.
Like most websites, we also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, such as which pages are visited, the general region a visit comes from, and the type of device used. This helps us understand whether the site is useful. It is not tied to your name and we do not use it to identify you.
Your email address is used only to send the occasional seasonal update you signed up for, a few times a year. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
We use MailerLite to manage the email list and send messages. Your email address is stored on their service so that we can send to you and so you can unsubscribe. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic. Both companies process this data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work normally.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and one click removes you for good. You may also email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
